The main difference is the non-flushing toilet has just a hole under the seat into the holding tank.

The flushing toilet has more of a traditional toilet bowl under the seat hiding the contents of the holding tank.

The standard flushing toilet uses a recirculating flush system (uses the liquid in the holding tank to flush the toilet bowl). The fresh flush toilet has a sink with a fresh water tank.

The fresh water is used to flush the sink and toilet bowl.

Yes we do. Our short term option is for any event or short term requirements up to 7 days. This option will cover you whether you need the toilet for 1 day or 7 days.

Our short term option always includes a standard flushing toilet.

Most customers get their bond back without any issues. There are a few things however that might cause you to lose your bond:

  • If we cant get access to the toilet on the agreed pick up day. (IE. If we need to go back to site again.)
  • Damage to the toilet (severe damage will incur further charges) or dispensers.
  • The toilet being tipped over.
  • Any tagging including permanent marker or pencil.
  • Foreign objects in the holding tank including toilet rolls/cardboard inners being thrown into the holding tank.
Other than the short term options for events all our other toilets have a minimum one month charge. The toilet can be on site for a shorter period of time however.

Yes. All pricing you see, whether short term or long term all include servicing at the frequency specified for that option. No hidden fees.

Only additional fees to the pricing shown is delivery and pick up.

The following is included in our service:

  • Replace the urinal screen once a month.
  • Fit a new deodoriser each time.
  • Wipe down and disinfect the toilet seat, surrounding surfaces, toilet paper dispenser, hand sanitiser, and the urinal.
  • Give the floor a spray down with fresh water and a quick mop.

We really do make an effort to leave our toilets smelling and looking fresh.
